Despite the threat posed by COVID-19, First Citizens’ Federal Credit Union remains committed to serving you and your families and we are confident that together we will get through this. We realize the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has had an impact on our members financially and we want to assure you that we are doing all we can to help.
Starting March 19, 2020, we will be waiving online loan payment fees. You can make your loan payments quickly, easily and securely! To make a loan payment online visit www.firstcitizens.org and simply click on “Pay Your Loan” at the top of the page. If you have questions regarding your loan call 1-800-642-7515.
We also understand that many of our members are facing financial hardships due to local businesses having to close or have to adjust hours or services, creating difficulties and harming the overall financial health. We are offering our members, with eligible loans, the option to request to skip a loan payment. To find out if your loan is eligible please call 1-877-631-5851.
