Our Downtown Branch has relocated!

Formally located at 271 Union Street, our Downtown New Bedford branch has moved to 468 County Street. The new location provides our members with greater visibility and better parking while providing the same great service through our friendly staff. You can also find our latest technology here, Talk2Me, which integrates an ATM with personal service.

What is Talk2Me? Talk2Me is an Interactive Teller Machine, or an ITM. An ITM combines the ease and accessibility of an ATM with the personal touch of banking in a branch – which means you can talk to a real person through a video monitor. You can

  • Withdraw cash (including coin)
  • Pay your loans
  • Deposit cash and check(s)
  • And much more

Did we mention it also has extended hours? Our Talk2Me is available Mon-Fri 7:30am to 6:00pm and Sat 7:30am to 1:00pm with the ATM functionality available 24/7! Our new “Talk2Me” is located at our downtown branch at 468 County Street in New Bedford.

We are pleased to announce the launch of alert notifications for our mobile app. Beginning June 19th, you will be able to allow alerts to appear on your mobile device, even when you are not in our app! For more information on how to allow alert notifications, click here.
