CAN I TAKE PART?
Betfair customers that:
(a) are residents of Australia or New Zealand (excluding South Australia); and
(b) are named direct recipients of the email outlining the details of the offer; and
(c) have opted in prior to 12:00pm (AEDT) Monday, 29th April 2019.
are able to participate in the Promotion. By opting in, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
For eligible customers, if your combined commission on at least 2 of the following markets, between 12:01am Friday 26th April - 11:59pm Sunday, 28th April, is greater than $100, you will qualify for our Warrnambool Punters Club:
- AFL
- Victorian Thoroughbreds
- Victorian Harness Racing
- Australian Greyhound Racing
Positions in the Punters Club are limited to the first 500 customers to opt-in. Customers who opt-in after the first 500 will not be eligible for the Punters Club.
WHAT IS THE PUNTERS CLUB?
For every customer who meets the commission requirements, and obtains a position in the punters club, Betfair will allocate a AUD$50.00 credit, to be held by Betfair for the duration of the Warrnambool Carnival.
The combined sum of all customers' $50.00 credits, "The Kitty", will be managed by the Betfair team, led by the Betfair Insider, with a staking plan across the 3 days of the carnival.
Bets will be placed by the Betfair team through a maximum discount rate account. At the conclusion of the Warrnambool Carnival, any profits made by the Punting Club will be split equally between all eligible participants, to be distributed by Betfair account credit.
Tips and betting strategy will be communicated by SMS and Twitter throughout the carnival.
If the Punters Club manages to return a profit, eligible customers will receive their percentage credited to their account within 24 hours.
IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW?
Customers are not able to cash out at any stage.
By opting in, customers agree to receive SMS updates on the Punting Club.
As noted above, entrants are capped at 500 customers; decided on a first-come-first-served basis.
Betfair reserves the right to make the Promotion unavailable to customers who are considered by Betfair in its absolute discretion to be abusing the Promotion by any means or for any other reason Betfair deems appropriate.
