Live chat is now available to online banking users!

Live Chat is a service where you can chat online with one of our Contact Center Representatives through instant message. A live representative will be available to chat Monday-Wednesday, 8am-5pm, Thursday-Friday 8am-7pm and Saturday 8am-2pm. You can communicate with a representative by clicking on the “Chat with us” blue banner at the bottom-right side of our online banking homepage to open a secure chat window.

Laundry Love
Think Community: Laundry Love
The Laundry Love initiative consists of regular opportunities to help people who are struggling financially by assisting them with doing their laundry. First Citizens’ Federal Credit Union will be sponsoring February’s New Bedford Laundry Love. On February 27th, volunteers will take over The Super Laundromat on Summer Street in New Bedford, washing and drying clothes for those that are in need. First Citizens’ Federal Credit Union is proud to have partnered with Mass Save®. Once you have had a home energy assessment, the Mass Save® HEAT Loan program (also known as the Mass Save Home Energy Services Program) is available to qualified Massachusetts homeowners of both owner-occupied and non-owner occupied 1-4 family homes. This program assists with the cost of installing qualified energy-efficient improvements.
